If you found out that your doctor had misdiagnosed you, causing you permanent disability, would you sue?

I get a lot of flack for this, but I will keep the details short and the point the same. Your initial doctor exams following accidents are crucial, since if he says it will take a year or more to heal, other doctors a year later will be looking to his initial report of symptoms which he reports or fails to as where to go from there. My doctor severely messed up, and I didn't know, you assume your doctor knows what he is doing. It also seemed that he realized it at some point and began covering his tracks, which made it even harder. Some say they would NEVER sue a doctor, but if you are left in debilitating pain, when you could have spent your life normal, and lost out on years of your life, and perhaps would lose out entirely, and would not be able to earn your normal expected income but be forced to live in poverty with ever continuing medical bills, maybe even not being able to get all the medical treatment you may need and be forced to a lesser life expectancy most likely, what would you do? I MEAN.....YOU.
