What's a good workout plan?
I'm 18 years old and am 6' 2 and only 150 pounds. I play baseball for 8 months out of the year and i'm a pitcher so i can't workout during the season... Well season is over and i'm looking to get stronger. My buddy told me about some creatine pills called "C2 Strength" and said i should try them. They worked for him so why not for me? Should i workout everyday? I usually do things like bench press, curls, pull-ups, squats, and sit-ups. Is there any kind of website or do you know or where i could find a chart of what to do everyday without needing a personal trainer?
