Parents:have you ever had debilitating pain that affects your parenting?

Or job? I have a fallen arch in my left foot and it makes being a mom so hard lately. I can't wait until I get used to it. Any other stories of pain that make chasing kids, picking them up, and generally doing everyday chores that much more difficult?
