What are the repercussions of dislocating your shoulder after surgery?

I had 4 dislocations prior to surgery 5 months ago. I dislocated it twice last night, but only feel a tad soar (2/10). I'm curious as to whether I should have examined by a doctor since I don't know if the double dislocation within 30 mins of each other has the possibility to undermine the surgery and debilitate me further.
