Navmash chart?please guide?

wht is importance of navmash chart?whenever i asked astrologers to analyze my horoscope over here they only analyzed rashi chart , is navmash chart not important? my lord of 7th house mars is exalted in navmash chart as well as Jupiter in 9th in rashi is debilitated but in navmash is exalted. my d.ob is 19.4.1985 time 9:00 am chandigarh female . i m still a learner of astrology can anyone analyze my navmash chart?
