Royal mail is losing the pliot?

is the royal mails modernisation going to work i here there are no more bikes going to be used..and the rounds are going to be much bigger...does this my mail is going to be even later..?....seem there going to use trollys.instead of bikes....and how the hell did the cwu agree to this.......
