Useful suicide chatrooms?

I've been depressed for awhile now, but was just diagnosed with a chronic debilitating illness that has really got me thinking about suicide. I don't want to go to the hospital i just think i need someone to talk to, not anyone that i know because i don't want them to freak out (i seem like a very happy person) Does anyone hav any good chat room links that i could talk to other people? thanks
